The Manager, Supplier Relationship Management would be responsible for the overall management of the contract management process for assigned contracts. The manager is responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing relationships with assigned bank's vendors and working with internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for the Vendor's Risk, Performance, Financial, Contract obligations, escalations and operational management of the agreement. The role will manage vendor relationship(s) and provide leadership, direction and coaching to stakeholder teams(s)
