Job Summary

This role would allow you to work closely with both the Business Intelligence team and business teams, support project coordination, help develop a story from the data points and assist in project implementation from change management perspective.

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Data Analytics & Dashboarding:

    • Analyze data trends and metrics to support decision-making processes.

    • Utilize Power BI to create and maintain dashboards to tell clear and compelling story that provides actionable insights for business leaders.

    • Assist in preparing reports/presentations to leadership summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations based on data analytics.

  • Project Coordination & Management:

    • Assist in coordinating projects between the technology team and the business team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Transformation and Change Management:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.

    • Assist in creating user guides, training materials and facilitating training sessions for end-users.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Currently enrolled in a recognized undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in learning new skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience in project management or business analysis.

  • Familiarity with change management practices and tools.
