What will you do?

  • Support the Project Managers in providing program governance including managing program milestones and driving deliverables
  • Assist in identifying and tracking business and stakeholder issues and requirements and developing creative solutions
  • Assist in identifying risks and mitigating strategies relating to the projects
  • Assist with preparation of project material and other project artifacts
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and other materials for project socialization and participate in stakeholder reviews and updates

What do you need to succeed?

Must-haves

  • Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited University
  • An interest in the Corporate Real Estate industry; prior experience is not required but ability and willingness to learn quickly is a must
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with senior management
  • The ability to work independently as well as to be able to collaborate and work effectively in teams, with internal departments and build partnerships with stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker with passion for using creativity in problem solving
  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office proficiency - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Nice-to-have

  • Experience and knowledge of project management standards

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2025 Student placement with a start date of May 2025, and end date of August 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2025 ; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
