What is the opportunity?
You will work in a fast paced, collaborative team who supports 3000 people and 14 different roles in Business Financial Services. This team works with many stakeholders and leverages data from multiple sources of information to ensure RBC has the best talent with the right capabilities for today and the future.
For this internship opportunity, we are looking for an individual to take a lead role in the iterative enhancements to our Relationship Manager Intern programs. This includes but is not limited to working with a vendor to develop innovative ways to create learning experiences around critical thinking and client centricity for our audience.
What will you do?
- Work with our team and other stakeholders to integrate to create learning curriculum and experiences for BFS advisors.
- Update existing content and develop new content to add to the BFS Learning site.
- Present opportunities on how to connect with our learners differently that align with our learning strategy.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
- Strong written/oral communication skills to develop and present thoughtful and insightful explanations
- Proven competence/comfort level with building and organizing multi-media on an online platform.
- Ability to problem solve complex problems and take ownership to finding solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Attention to detail and time management is critical
Nice-to-have
- Previous exposure to financial services industry
