Job Summary

As an Associate within the USCM Business Process Management team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and maintenance of business process maps and managing the USCM process inventory. You will also interact with various Journey Owners, Product Owners, Functional Partners, External Consultants and Senior leadership in order to create process maps and identify control points.

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Lead discussions with the product management teams and relevant stakeholders to identify required processes at each level of granularity and their priority level.
  • Create new and update existing processes to be aligned with current USCM scope while ensuring USCM process flow/control standards and guidelines are followed
  • Ensure the USCM process inventory is maintained and kept current
  • Ensure all Business Process Flows are stored with correct version control and record retention policy
  • Provide regular updates on process and control statuses
  • Collaborate with testing teams to prioritize the creation and usage of process maps for testing
  • Work with Senior Leadership, Journey Owners and Functional Partners to document, review and optimize processes
  • Manage and facilitate discussions for USCM Architecture by ensuring Architecture topics align with Product roadmap and there is direct traceability of Architecture Design to Business Process Maps
