What is the opportunity?

In this role you will report to the Director of Global KYC Refresh and lead teams responsible for periodic global refresh assessment and client outreach for the Global Capital Markets team. Success will be achieved through familiarity with an operations environment, effective people management and ability to lead production and client facing teams, as well as experience with leading process enhancements as required.

What will you do?

  • Lead the global refresh and client outreach teams to contribute to an efficient, high quality KYC Refresh Program
  • Oversee KYC Help Desk and Corporate Actions sub-teams within the KYC refresh environment.
  • Motivate and manage the team to meet production targets, in addition to introducing process enhancements as required to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Provide strong customer service to clients, front and middle office partners.
  • Collaborate with on boarding colleagues on an ongoing basis to ensure efficiency and alignment on process and capabilities.
  • Build strong and collaborative partnerships with Front Office, Financial Crimes and other key operations teams including Data Analytics, and Account Management
  • Ensure internal stakeholders and colleagues are treated with respect, empathy, and integrity, contributing to good working relationships.

What you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • 3+ years of prior experience in a related environment, preferably includes Capital Markets operations, and exposure to AML and compliance regulations.
  • 3+ years of experience with people management, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team of high performing professionals.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure, in a team environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to be used for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Highly organized
