Job Description
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you be part of the Strategic Advisory & Process Engineering team in RBC Investor Services (IS). You will operate as a trusted advisor responsible for using business intelligence and analysis to facilitate and deliver strategic business and process insights and solutions to high impact issues for IS Client Operations and across Investor Services, while increasing maturity and service quality via people, process, technology, data and client experiences. You will deliver fact-based advisory by helping our stakeholders understand their greatest strategic and operational challenges, identify root causes, and facilitate the identification of value added, sustainable solutions that support business success. Leveraging our extensive toolbox of capabilities, you will support the evolution of IS by challenging assumptions (status quo), identifying synergies, delivering thought leadership beyond immediate solutions, and proactively seeking 'client/partner/stakeholder' feedback to inform continuous improvement. You must demonstrate a strong ability to facilitate and collaborate with key partners, understand stakeholder needs at both the senior leadership level and team level, synthesize and communicate relevant data and information to drive decision making, and act with urgency and initiative to lead and support the business through critical strategic change and transformation. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with key business partners across Investor Services and RBC.
