You Have:

  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth company-level research and analysis on ESG issues
  • Solid understanding of institutional engagement approaches to climate change, indigenous reconciliation and population health outcomes
  • Experience with ESG data and metrics
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools and software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

And this is totally you:

  • Monitor and interpret trends in ESG-related data and provide valuable insights
  • Assist in the ongoing development and evolution of the Responsible Investing (R.I.) strategy.
  • Collaborate with external Asset Managers on ESG-related issues and contribute to the Investment Team's overview.
  • Evaluate proxy voting decisions and contribute to internal and external reporting of CMA Impact's proxy voting activity.
  • Lead direct, collaborative corporate engagements with investee companies on key ESG issues.
  • Maintain partnerships across the CMA enterprise to reflect CMA's mission, strategy, and values in the Investment Team's work.
  • Conduct research on responsible investing topics, attend webinars and industry events, and disseminate knowledge within the Investment Team.
