So, what's the job?

Our Claims Administrators are responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional customer experience and supporting efficient claims processing.

• You'll manage the intake and processing of claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• You'll liaise with claimants, healthcare providers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
• You'll maintain accurate records of claims and communications within our systems.
• You'll support the claims team by providing administrative assistance as needed.

• You'll be eager to learn and develop your skills within the claims and insurance industry.
• Ideally, you'll have 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, insurance, or a related field.
• You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• You'll have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• You'll possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You'll be proficient in using various computer systems and software, with the ability to adapt quickly.
• You'll thrive in a team environment, demonstrating initiative and a collaborative spirit.
• Required: Minimum High School Diploma; a Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualifications in insurance or related disciplines are highly regarded.
