How you'll make an impact

Primarily responsible for implementing sales strategies and processes; ultimately executing against divisional and regional strategies using automated solutions to drive sales success. Works with the field, business stakeholders and subject-matter experts to define enablement objectives that then use these insights and requirements to develop content and build solutions that are sales-relevant, channel-relevant, practical and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champions sales strategies, owning the delivery of the strategy and positioning the overall pursuit and sales packages
  • Working closely with leadership to create a regional plan that enables producers to have consistent, effective and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers at each stage of the sales cycle
  • Engaging with Regional and Divisional Sales Enablement Leadership, Regional and Branch Leadership and producers to identify knowledge, skills and systems enablement requirements
  • Creating insights to drive new business and renewal activity success, enable process improvement and inform cross-functional solutions.
  • Assimilates complex data and reporting to identify and extract simplified and clear insights.
  • Produces, analyzes and interprets data into key themes and findings in a simplified and clear way.
  • Acts as a subject matter on process, products and capabilities.

About you

Required:

  • Bachelors' degree and 3 years relevant experience in Sales Enablement and/or Product Marketing, Proposals, Operations, Business Process, Program Ownership and Business Development experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated success in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in positioning content and materials in the pursuit or retention of business.
  • Experience in explaining complex concepts, ideas and solutions for processes, products and capabilities to a wide range of audiences.
