We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Sales Enablement team. You will be responsible for creating and preparing tailored creative material to assist in converting opportunities into winning business through proposals and presentations that standout using your creative and graphic design skills. You will also work closely with our Proposal Writer on proposal responses.
Experience with creating microsites and interactive documents, as well as various presentation platforms, will give you an edge.
How you'll make an impact
- Working closely with the Producers and Sales Enablement team to deliver creatively designed proposal and presentation material for each new business opportunity
- Creating industry leading responses via microsites and interactive documents, ensuring Gallagher stands out from our competitors.
- Providing both conceptual and actual creative designs for the business utilizing PowerPoint, Adobe creative suite (InDesign) & collaborating with other appropriate graphical presentation software
- Creating infographic, document and presentation design, to visually communicate complex ideas and solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure design and brand standards are met and format requirements adhered to
- Design of all proposal process documents to be rolled out to the business
- Create and nurture synergies with the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams on the GBS brand, ensuring consistency across GBS
- Creating and designing presentation templates to be used by GBS Canada Producers and Consultants for lower value opportunities
- Driving innovation and design strategy, pushing the boundaries of client facing materials.
- Ensure results are completed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the project scope and timelines.
About you
- Three (3) years of experience in creative and graphic design; experience in similar or adjacent industries such as insurance carriers, healthcare etc preferred
- Skilled in brand identity, deadline management, usability and hold a strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint as well as technology used to create microsites.
- Proven ability to influence decision makes, negotiate mutually agreeable compromises and convince others to "just try it".
- Excellent communication & documentation skills.
- French language skills are desired but not mandatory
