How you'll make an impact

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Solutions Managers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up and maintain client files.
  • Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy.
  • Request and/or process new business and renewals.
  • Request all Invoicing, binders and cover letters.
  • Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post placement checklist with sign off from CSM Invoicing and completing premium financing contracts.
  • Handle accounting activities for team.
  • Claims – responsible for reporting claims and adjuster contact information.
  • Insurance Company portals – access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy.
