Imagine Your Future - What You'll Do

  • Support the sales team by identifying sales drivers to explain business performance for both retail and online channels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for key business partners to aid in decision-making.
  • Monitor competitor activity and produce timely market share reporting with key insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to enhance how Sephora views and works with data.
  • Own ad-hoc projects and data analyses to make recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Acquire financial and business acumen to be successful in any work environment.

Who You Are

  • Currently working on completion of bachelor's degree or college diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business and enrolled in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year.
  • Able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) and can physically be available to go into the office in accordance with our hybrid work policy.
  • You're organized and have a knack for managing your time and prioritizing tasks.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work best under pressure.
  • You're technically savvy in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have an interest in data analytics and data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, etc.).
  • You're a keen learner with a proactive approach to learning new skills and asking questions.

Location, Availability & Requirements

  • Hybrid: You'll have a balance between working at our head office located at 160 Bloor Street East and home. Specific dates may be required to be in-office with a schedule of 2-3 days in office.
  • Hours: You will be required to work 40 hours a week within the hours of 9am to 5pm.
  • Attire Guidelines: If you're thinking, "What should I wear?" our teams will be business casual and reflective of their own style.
