Job Description:
We are on an exciting journey to create a hybrid human and digital advice channel powered by a team of advisors and supported by a digital engagement platform. Reporting to the AVP, Strategy, Business Growth, the Director Client Acquisition and Engagement will be responsible for developing and executing Prospr's core business growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the strategic roadmap for Prospr's growth and will work closely across the Business Unit to understand the strategic focus, processes, and key business priorities required to achieve our targets. The mandate is focused on generating new Client acquisition opportunities and third-party products that can be offered to our Clients. The Director will also be accountable for the evolution and growth of Prospr's Direct -to-Client business. The candidate is expected to thrive in a high change environment and should be highly independent in their ability to execute work and able to work effectively with stakeholders and partners across Sun Life Canada.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
