Immediate need for the KYC Delivery Leader to deliver and support the technology strategy & solution for the critical KYC function that is part of Client Onboarding. Responsible for the end-end delivery of KYC tech changes focused on regulatory/ audit/ stabilization/ strategic requirements, system integration changes, testing, release management and production issue management/ fixes; Co-ordination across all Tech (CM & Enterprise) and business teams involved to facilitate end-end implementation, integration, manual/ automated testing, releases and post production issue management. Investigate and identify strategies to automate and optimize business processes to drive operational efficiencies. Focus on future KYC solution as it integrates with the overall Client Lifecycle Management strategy. Manages team of business analysts, testers and SMEs to deliver business and strategic priorities.
Aligns technology requirements and solutions to a real business need, meets essential quality standards, and ensures approval by all relevant stakeholders. Acts as a consultant to business partners in collaboration with the project team in strategy and planning sessions (e.g. multi-year and annual plans), reviews, or inspections to ensure the quality of work products. Promotes new processes and methodologies, emerging technologies, and agile, and aligns to the unique project team requirements.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
