You will be joining a team specializing in the transformational projects occurring in the Capital Markets space and their impact to Financial Reporting and surrounding controls environment.
The Director - Wholesale Finance Projects and Governance is a key leader in Capital Markets Finance, and will be responsible for leading, managing, and empowering accounting and finance professionals under your purview, making sure that the best interest of Wholesale Finance are considered when implementing new projects around Capital Markets. You will play a key role in co-piloting with the business to enhance and establish best practices in Capital Markets' control framework, as well as collaborate with various Finance and functional teams and support senior leaders across Finance and the business. Current projects the team is involved in are the Murex systems implementation and US Treasury Clearing. Past Projects include the OPICS system upgrade, End-to-end Transfer Pricing Project and RBC's acquisition of HSBC Canada.
