Executive Assistant
(Finance VPs)
Job location: Ontario (GTA preferred)
Division: Finance
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Employment type: Full-time permanent employment in a remote work-setting
Commitments may extend beyond regular office hours and although this role generally does not require attendance at such events or significant overtime, there are times when it will be necessary to provide support in-person at our office locations, including Toronto, or beyond regular office hours across multiple time zones internationally.
Job summary
We're searching for an ambitious professional to plant their roots with us as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will support multiple Finance VPs in the Canada market and collaborate with all levels of the organization to improve processes and help our team achieve global success. You're organized, motivated, and determined. You anticipate needs a mile away and constantly think four steps ahead. You have a positive attitude that can navigate any challenge and you're not afraid to step outside your comfort zone to help others.
