Are you ready to make an impact at the forefront of innovative eCommerce solutions? Join our dynamic Customer Development Team as a Finance Manager, specializing in eCommerce and Special Projects, and play a critical role in driving our financial success and strategic growth.

As a strategic business partner, you will power the eCommerce team by using your financial knowledge and skills to enhance profitability across Search, Bulk Buys, and ASIN Level funding. You will manage the P&L Gross to Net media and consumer promotion investment, review all available external data (Nielsen, POS, public domain), oversee the profitability of the Ecommerce customers, and provide financial analysis and recommendations in order to meet our objectives.

The ideal candidate is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business environment. You should have a strong understanding of the ecommerce financial business drivers and be able to translate business strategy into sound, actionable insights and financial plans.

What you will do:

  • Actively participate in account planning, business reviews, and Anniversary Vendor Negotiations (AVN)
  • Conduct financial modeling for new items, ECom Packs, and go-to-market strategies, providing strategic recommendations based on ROI analysis
  • Stay informed about competitive merchandising strategies, including pricing, promotions, and spending levels, to ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Develop, communicate, and monitor financial KPIs to achieve projected ASP and Net Margin targets by brand and customer
  • Analyze monthly actuals vs. financial estimates, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
  • Lead the development, accuracy, and timeliness of the budget, LE, and P&L, and oversee the trade investment clearing process to ensure timely resolution of customer deductions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of relevant Accounting or Financial experience
  • Advanced analytical and technology skills (Excel, SAP, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and set priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present financial information and issues
  • Proven ability to think creatively and have the initiative to generate ideas and improve results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Commercial Finance experience
  • CPA or MBA
