Global Transaction Banking (GTB) offers comprehensive business banking solutions on a global basis to small business, commercial and corporate clients of the Bank. The Business Payments Product team is responsible for enhancing the customer experience for payment products while maximizing revenue.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
• Understand and contribute to the Business Line strategy by delivering actionable recommendations based on profitability analysis, market trends, policy analysis and end-to-end process enhancements.
• Support day to day deposit product team activities.
• Interact with Sales, Business Support Centre, Technology teams and Product Labs on the development and enhancements of different initiatives
• Recommend solutions to improve customer experience, product pricing, service and/or processes.
• Assist with new projects and provide input into the review of business requirements, including supporting technology initiatives.
• Maintain a culture of risk management and control supported by effective processes and ensure all systems and processes are in compliance and meet all regulatory requirements.

• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You are a strong collaborator who engages colleagues and business partners on developing and executing on strategic recommendations.
• You have the flexibility to adapt and manage within a dynamic business environment.
