We are hiring a Head of Business Operations to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting Ownr's CEO and senior leadership team through Ownr's next phase of growth. This role requires a dynamic professional who can navigate both strategic and operational tasks, acting as a trusted advisor and a key driver of organizational effectiveness. You will work across departments, streamlining communication, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the CEO's vision is translated into actionable results. You will also oversee Customer Operations (Frontline, Back Office, and Proactive Support), aligning all functions to support Ownr's growth and strategic priorities.
Partner with the CEO to define and drive strategic priorities and company objectives, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
Lead and optimize Frontline Support, Back Office, and Proactive Support teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce response times, and enhance customer satisfaction for Customer Operations
Drive the operational reporting cadence, including weekly team reviews, MBRs, QBRs and board prep.
Support the leadership team and Strategic Finance to build business cases that inform strategies across multiple business verticals, including product innovation, marketing, sales, insurance, and data analytics.
Support M&A activities: including target identification, and commercial, financial and operational analysis
Foster a data-informed, results-oriented culture that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
At least 10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or strategic planning, preferably within a consulting firm or high-growth B2B/B2C SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience in building and scaling teams, optimizing workflows, and driving operational efficiency.
Proven track record of scaling a high-growth B2B/B2C platform and driving cross-functional alignment in a SaaS company with recurring revenue models.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and a focus on team development, coaching, and mentorship.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, strong financial modeling skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution to drive impactful initiatives
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A passion for entrepreneurship and/or experience working with products and services targeted at the SMB segment.
CFA, CPA, or MBA or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience leading business transformation or operational scalability initiatives.
Understanding of product operations and how business operations align with product strategy.
