What is the opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced Lead Information Security Analyst (SME) to help us operate cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and tools, ensuring system effectiveness of internal security controls. The ideal candidate is passionate about Privileged Access Management (PAM), and cyber security, and has in-depth experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems. You will lead the Brewin Dolphin (RBC Subsidiary) end-to-end operations from onboarding teams to IAM PAM controls, ensure compliance with security standards, and guide application team and stakeholders to strengthen and protect the organisation's security posture.

What will you do?

  • Work as a SME to onboard new teams / RBC subsidiaries to existing PAM Controls by initiating discussions with stakeholders, evaluating their current state and be able to map to future state
  • Operate information security controls related to privileged access within established timelines
  • Provide second-level end-user support for PAM services
  • Perform account and safe administration in CyberArk Vault
  • Manage incidents and problems for in-scope systems while performing root cause analysis, identifying improvements, and driving to implementation
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes and procedures to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
  • Create and maintain detailed internal and end-user-facing procedure documents
  • Be able to represent teams during Audits and provide evidence, as necessary
  • Responsible for providing necessary metrics and reporting.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in Implementing and maintaining Privileged Access Management solutions (CyberArk Vault preferred) and compliance controls in large enterprise environments
  • Broad and in-depth knowledge of the IAM domain including related PAM capabilities and tools, IT controls, testing and maintenance and regulatory requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in IT service management (i.e. incident, problem, and change) while displaying a strong sense of urgency and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advance verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the ability to build and maintain trust with stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

  • Certifications: CyberArk, CISSP
  • Familiarity with IT standards and methodologies
