Manager, CRM Analytics

What is the opportunity?

RBC is hiring an exciting Manager, CRM Analytics role. In this role, you will work closely with members of the CRM Analytics team and collaborate with various partners including the Lines of Business across Personal Banking and Commercial Banking providing actionable insights and developing solutions that enhance the client experience and drive value for the business.

What will you do?

• Conduct client-centric analytics to gain intelligence on our clients to advance value for our clients and propel business success

• Provide vital insights and actionable analytics to enable Mega Journey designs and strategies

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to augment existing and develop new, effective client engagement activities optimizing spends

• Articulate analytical findings and comprehensive recommendations to various partners influencing key decisions

• Apply experimental designs, utilize test and learn methodologies and perform statistical analyses where needed to optimize and evolve processes and campaigns

• Develop dashboards and monitor performance of client strategies to ensure the tactics perform as expected identifying potential opportunities and issues as well as developing solutions to enhance the strategies

• Explore and leverage new concepts, data sources, technologies and techniques to ascertain value and suitability

• Provide analytical support for other CRM Analytics initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

• Proficient technical knowledge with very large relational databases and with tools such as SAS, SQL and Python

• Sound business acumen and strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

• Strong problem-solving skill and ability to conceptualize strategy

• Demonstrated ability to work well collaboratively in a cross-function environment as well as independently with initiative-taking ownership

Nice-to-have:

• Master's degree in quantitative discipline

• Experience in financial services industry with broad understanding of marketing, product management, sales, finance, pricing and risk management

• Experience with Hadoop and Google Analytics
