What is the opportunity?

Wealth Manangement - Transfers team is looking for a Manager of Operations to lead a team of associates supporting high volume of requests and in a SLA driven environment. The Manager of Operations will report to the Senior Manager and will assist in administering all aspects of the day-to-day operations, processing and team management.

What will you do?

  • Manage operations and human resources needs of the team
  • Manage all team operations and daily work distribution
  • Manage daily SLA and escalations
  • Training and development for support staff - providing guidance to the team on complex tasks and or escalations, provide proactive feedback and coaching
  • Provide leadership to the team in setting and attaining quality, measurable goals and objectives in an area where delays and errors may result in financial losses, promoting teamwork
  • Promote team effectiveness and promote team reward and recognition
  • Review, update and ensure consistent execution of key team processes

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask , attention to detail
  • Professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Excellent people skills, ability to manage different personalities, mature/positive attitude

Nice-to-have

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3-5 years' experience in full-service brokerage industry
  • People management experience
