What is the opportunity?
The Manager, Project Delivery will contribute to the overall success of RBC Thought Leadership by delivering on strategic ambitions around critical issues affecting the country's economy in support of our mission to inspire Canadian prosperity.
This role involves supporting senior members of the Thought Leadership Strategy team across a wide range of activities and initiatives, including executing strategic projects as well as optimizing team operations. It offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to thought leaders on key issues driving Canada's economy (such as disruptive technology, human capital, climate action), and grow your expertise in strategic delivery and project management.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter with experience supporting cross-functional collaborations, improving organizational processes, and executing high-impact projects. They have a passion for tackling business problems and an interest in the key issues that shape our national agenda across policy and industry.
