  • Conduct oversight and quality assurance of RCM processes and controls across business groups, identifying areas for improvement, driving remediation efforts, and ensuring that programs are fit for purpose.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to create dashboards, perform trend analysis and develop visual reports to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and provide regular reporting, including actionable metrics and insights for senior management.

  • Lead and participate in compliance related projects and initiatives as needed, representing the compliance group in cross-functional projects, industry committees, forums, as well as delivering training on RCM methodology, processes and best practices, including the GRC tool Archer.
