Acts as the OneTrust Subject Matter Expert and Change Lead for future growth and adoption of the OneTrust platform and adding on of additional modules. Provides consultative advice and service on operations in alignment with the marketing objectives of the business/group. Supports the assessment, planning, implementation/delivery of existing and new marketing programs, channels and solutions to promote consistent and exceptional customer experiences. Evaluates/delivers operational processes as part of ongoing management of the marketing specialization to optimize operational performance. Provides subject matter expertise in the marketing specialization from an operational perspective, offering decision support including information, expertise, advice and recommendations on opportunities and exposures. Monitors performance against plans, forecasts, initiatives and objectives, escalating issues as required.

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including line of business site owners, technology developers, QA, project managers and stakeholders to ensure cohesive implementation and integration of privacy solutions.
  • Implement data privacy solutions leveraging OneTrust technologies, including configurations and business support for any needed technical integrations.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
  • Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
  • Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Recommends solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
  • Participates/leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
  • Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
  • Leads or participates in defining the communication plan designed to positively influence or change behaviour; develops tailored messaging; and identifies appropriate distribution channels.
  • Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
  • Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
  • Consults on relevant regulations and policies.
  • Leads/participates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes.
  • Oversees the end to end experience related to marketing program/process within service level agreements and standards.
  • Provides advice from an operational perspective on the program/process to meet program run and build requirements.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment as required.
  • Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
  • Participates/leads in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.
  • Performs program/process reviews, monitors and tracks performance, and conducts quality reviews to confirm compliance with standards and identify gaps or issues.
  • Develops/maintains comprehensive information management systems; designs/contributes to initiatives to improve processes, analysis and reporting.
  • Understands industry trends, provides insights, and makes recommendations/enhancements as required.
  • Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
  • Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

    Qualifications:

  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • .2 plus years experience with the OneTrust platform or relevant website development experience.
  • Degree/diploma in marketing, advertising or communications.
  • Advanced experience in developing Marketing plans.
  • Advertising and/or creative agency experience an asset.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Salary:

$68,000.00 - $126,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
