We are currently looking for a Vice President, Business Development that has the character and personality to work with a strong team of personable and successful individuals. Poised for aggressive growth, there has never been a better time to be part of the Gallagher Talent Management team. This is a hybrid role with travel to the office or client locations as required.

The Vice President, Business Development is responsible for generating and growing profitable new cross practice business opportunities in the Ontario Market through leveraging their existing networks as well as the development of new client relationships to drive new and existing base accounts that are underpenetrated and sustain this business to gain market share.


How you'll make an impact

Unleash our cross-practice value proposition (Search, Leadership Assessment & Development, and Career Transition & Outplacement) to stage our distinction in the market.

Build and improve our performance across new and under penetrated business contacts.

Develop proposals, cross-market collaboration, and business growth plans.


About you

You will be successful if you have:

  • A demonstrated track record in building partnerships, stakeholder consultation, client management and business development that has led to an active and current book of business.
  • 5-8 years proven experience in either business development and sales.
  • Proven experience in driving revenue for a division or a department.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience writing and winning competitive formal bids and proposals with experience in managing RFP responses.
