We are looking for a Product Manager (Acquiring Business) with a strong background in merchant acquisition to join our growing team. The Product Manager will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer. As a Product Manager (Acquiring Business), you will drive the growth and innovation of our acquiring business, covering both offline and online payment solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in channel engagement, product development, IT collaboration, and project management to enhance our acquiring product offerings and expand our merchant ecosystem.
How you will contribute:
· Product Development & Management:
o Define and execute the product strategy for merchant acquiring solutions, including POS, e-commerce payment gateways, and alternative payment methods.
o Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development, requirements gathering, and design to implementation, launch, and continuous optimization.
o Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to drive product enhancements and performance improvements.
· Channel Engagement & Business Growth:
o Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to drive merchant acquisition and engagement.
o Develop strategies to optimize distribution channels, including banks, fintech partners, ISOs, and direct sales teams.
o Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the merchant ecosystem, ensuring seamless product adoption and market penetration.
o Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with payment industry standards and regulations.
· Technology & IT Collaboration:
o Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, translating product vision into technical requirements.
o Work with engineering, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
o Lead API integration discussions and ensure seamless connectivity with banks, PSPs, payment networks, and third-party providers.
o Define and oversee testing, QA, and UAT processes before product launches.
· Project Management & Execution:
o Oversee and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track.
o Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks that could impact product delivery.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with project execution.
What you bring to the table:
· 5+ years of experience in product management within the payments, fintech, or banking industry.
· Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, payment processing, POS systems, online payments, and industry regulations.
· Experience in managing channel partnerships and merchant engagement strategies.
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing teams.
· Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
· Knowledge of payment technologies, including APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in fintech startups or high-growth payment businesses.
· Familiarity with regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, PSD2, AML, etc.).
· Technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or experience working closely with development teams.

This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
