We are looking for a Product Manager for E-wallet & Loyalty App with a strong background in digital wallets and loyalty programs to join our growing team. As a Product Manager for E-wallet & Loyalty App, you will own and drive the strategy, development, and execution of our e-wallet and loyalty platforms. Your role is pivotal in delivering seamless payment experiences while fostering user engagement through loyalty features. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products meet market needs, enhance customer satisfaction, and align with business goals. I-Onsite

How you will contribute:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for the e-wallet and loyalty app.
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
    • Analyze competitive landscape and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Development:
    • Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and high-performing features.
    • Lead agile product development cycles, writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Prioritize the product backlog to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Customer Experience & Engagement:
    • Design and optimize features to enhance user adoption, retention, and engagement.
    • Develop and improve loyalty programs, rewards systems, and gamification features to drive user satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly app interface.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and customers.
    • Partner with marketing, analytics, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
    • Communicate product vision, updates, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Leverage analytics and user feedback to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor key metrics such as user growth, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct A/B testing and iterate on features to optimize for desired outcomes.


What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of managing digital wallets, loyalty programs, or payment products.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including payment processing, security, and compliance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with API integrations, tokenization, or blockchain technologies.
  • Familiarity with global markets and multi-currency payment systems.

This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
