The CCAO Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on project governance utilizing various methodologies and tools to plan, organize, and implement projects across the department. This role helps ensure the success of the CCAO in Canada by executing project plans that support the team's strategies and objectives. You'll work in a culturally diverse environment, offering top-notch project management expertise demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships with partners across the organization.
Is this role right for you? In this role you, will
Be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully implementing CCAO projects within the allotted timeline and budget. Ensures efficient and timely completion of projects in order to meet and/or exceed expectations.
Ensure successful stakeholder management of numerous projects involving multiple teams from different groups across the bank.
Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution within CCAO.
Define and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, assigned tasks and ensure project is on (or ahead) of schedule. Continue to monitor, report/document on the project's progress. Responsible for creating detailed timelines of goals to be met to achieve implementation.
Influence business project decisions with direct impact on financials or operating results.
Have ability to independently run meetings with various Corporate Function partners.
Develop protocols and processes to improve efficiency and quality of work while leading effective project change and risk management and escalate issues to as appropriate to CCAO leadership.
Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost review using industry best practices to identify needed adjustments.
Work with CCAO Leadership to prioritize requirements, issues, and deliverables of projects
Execute other role duties as assigned.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
Superior oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Related field experience, educational background and/or strong working knowledge of project management principles;
Ability to manage and organize multiple and/or complex projects at one time, within established timeframes;
Computer proficiency (working knowledge of Word/Excel, Powerpoint) and a demonstrated commitment to customer service.
Proficiency in technology programs/projects is valuable as many projects include a technology/data component.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset.
Proven track record of successful project management
