MD Management Limited, a division of Scotia Wealth Management, has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Head, MD PIC & Signature to join our team in the GTA.
As a Regional Head, MD PIC & Signature, you will be responsible to lead and oversee MD Signature in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
The Regional Head, MD Signature (HNW) has the National responsibility for the implementation, growth, development, promotion of MD's High Net Worth services and PIC business and to ensure integration with other business lines of MD Financial Management (MD). They are responsible for developing service and practice management standards for the HNW team, and ensuring these standards will allow MDM to attain both quantitative and qualitative performance goals. Incumbent will also be responsible for the overall HNW teams' preparedness, strategy, and coaching. They are responsible to ensure appropriate integration across the various service providers that ensure the smooth operation of the HNW business at MD (Financial Services Operations, Business Performance Team, etc).
