TMX's post-trade services include the Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS) and Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC). CDS is Canada’s national securities depository, clearing and settlement hub for domestic and cross-border depository-eligible securities. It supports Canada’s equity, fixed income and money markets and is accountable for the safe custody and movement of securities, the processing of post-trade transactions, and the collection and distribution of entitlements relating to securities deposited by participants.
CDCC offers clearing and settlement services for all MX transactions and certain over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives. CDCC offers central counterparty and clearing and settlement services for all transactions carried out on MX’s markets and on some OTC products.

As a member of the Risk Oversight & Compliance team, the Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in contributing to the implementation of CDS and CDCC strategic project initiatives, team capacity planning, reporting enhancements, and ensuring compliance of risk management initiatives with CPSS-IOSCO Principles for Financial Market Infrastructure (PFMI's) and internal policies and procedures.
