What is the opportunity?
As Senior Director, Executive Compensation & Governance, and HR M&A you will oversee all HRC and Board material preparation in support of our executive compensation programs and Enterprise STI and MTI/LTI programs . You will support the Compensation Governance team to ensure the delivery of committee material and external disclosure, including the Proxy Circular. You will also provide strategic advice and counsel on all HR aspects of business acquisition/disposition/divestment transactions globally across each of our business lines.
