Position Summary
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Director, Finance and Business Innovation is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic financial transformation and business innovation initiatives across the hospital's finance department, in close collaboration with key Finance and non-Finance leaders and stakeholders. This position is ideal for a visionary leader who combines expertise in healthcare finance with a deep understanding of innovative technologies, financial performance data analytics, and strategic initiatives. The Senior Director will lead cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and tools, optimize financial processes, drive performance improvement, and identify new opportunities to foster a culture of innovation and customer service that is essential to advancing Finance's goals in alignment with the strategic priorities at Canada's number one hospital.
