This is an opportunity to join RBC's Sustainability and Impact team as the Senior Manager, Employee Experience. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, 'always on' employee giving experience. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to lead change, and drive impact mobilizing our 98,000 employees globally.

What will you do?

  • Plan and lead the enterprise strategy for year-round employee giving, including: Gifts of Securities concierge, donor support and execution of enterprise-wide employee charity of choice fundraising initiatives
  • Achieve annual fundraising and participation targets while ensuring an inclusive experience for all employees
  • Develop and activate strategies, campaigns and tactics to increase year-round employee giving
  • Analyze and report on relevant annual employee giving programs data and analytics to inform outcomes, strategies and future innovation
  • Develop and execute differentiated always-on strategies to drive awareness of key RBC employee volunteer and giving programs and increase program participation
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, management and enablement of the employee giving campaign infrastructure, consisting of a global, cross-business cabinet of senior RBC leaders and more than 2,000 employee champions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including employee engagement, and social impact
  • Proven experience in leading fundraising initiatives and managing global employee giving campaigns
  • Experience leading diverse and high performing teams with a proven ability to set clear priorities and delegate effectively
  • Comfortable working with change, building business cases from the ground up and pitching new ideas
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels and an effective networker
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Innovative problem-solver with caring customer-service approach

Nice-to-have

  • Bilingual / Working proficiency in French
  • RBC institutional awareness, with a strong understanding about RBC's structure in Canada and globally
  • Experience with content management systems
  • CFRE Certification
  • Familiarity with Benevity software
