Job Description
Manage RBC's Duty of Care and Duty of Warn for all employees globally.
• Responsible for the intake, triage, and management of security incidents across the organization.
• To provide subject matter expert advice, and security and life safety guidance to management at all levels.
• Support the design, implementation and management of a full range of security policies, programs and resources across the globe with a focus toward continuous improvement and innovation to deliver a "Best in Class" global security program.
• Provide SME oversight of contracted security resources in order to provide the most cost effective and world class program.
