The Senior Manager, Media-Strategy & Optimization is an important member of the broader RBC Media Center-of-Excellence and responsible to turn insights originating from Marketing-Mix-Models, post-mortem campaign-reports and/or other 3rd party planning-resources into actionable optimization-decisions & strategic recommendations to our marketing- & agency-partners; ultimately, future-proofing RBC's audience-centric channel-mix & media-investment, but also to improve effectiveness & efficiency of our full-funnel marketing-programs.
The successful candidate will show a deep level of knowledge of traditional & non-traditional media-channels and how they intersect within a consumer's daily media-habits and preferences. The Senior Manager, Media-Strategy & Optimization is a creative yet analytical thinker, an experienced generalist in (diverse & brand-safe) media-supply-chains and understands the complexity of cross-channel media planning & buying.
