Provide support in the oversight of the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Reliance Oversight Model (ROM) program.

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Be part of a team that provides dedicated 2LOD oversight of compliance-related matters, effective challenge of Reliance Oversight Model Partners' Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) programs, governance, reporting, advisory and training support.

What will you do?

  • Support oversight of ROM program including ROM Tier Assessment, Monitoring and Testing, Risk Assessments, Control Inventory, and Issues Management processes.

  • Support with the oversight of the Regulatory Content Inventory and Regulatory Change processes (including vendor oversight and queries).

  • Provide information and training sessions on Regulatory Compliance Management, and Reliance Oversight Team periodic meetings, Compliance Working Groups and other meetings as needed including organizing, producing materials and note-taking.

  • Lead data collection and provide effective reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to support management of the RCM ROM Program.

  • Manage and produce management reporting for Reliance Oversight Model quarterly reporting for inclusion in the Quarterly Global Chief Compliance Officer Opinion report.

  • Maintain a Change Management process for the Reliance Oversight Model universe and coordinating with QAR and Regulatory Content team of changes for inclusion in downstream processes.

  • Maintenance of procedural documents for the Reliance Oversight Model team and for RCM stakeholders across Functions and Reliance Oversight Model to execute on their RCM duties relating to program governance.

  • Provide input to ongoing and incremental improvement in Reliance Oversight Model programs and add value to the Reliance Oversight Model teams by identification of potential enhancements/changes to existing RM standards and practices.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Regulatory Compliance space, which may include OSFI E-13, operational risk, or auditor experience.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau and Archer-based platforms.

  • Ability to understand law and regulation as it applies to the financial services sector.

  • Willingness to learn and ability to take on multiple tasks at the same time.
