The Senior Manager, Retail Payments will be accountable for development of the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) roadmap, driving balance growth for the Canadian credit card portfolio and various payment initiatives as assigned. This includes the building of the strategic vision for Buy Now Pay Later, shaping customer journeys and technological innovations, and analyzing and interpreting data to make recommendations for creating new opportunities. In addition, this role will be responsible for various pricing and payment initiatives focused on lending rates, fees and service charges for credit cards along with assessing new payment opportunities.
