What you will be doing:
As a Leader in Tangerine Technology, you will be in a high-impact role, leading a group of technology professionals responsible for the technical delivery of our industry-leading digital banking experience. We are looking to fill our team with influencers, forward-thinking individuals who embrace change, are passionate about their profession, are flexible, curious, continuous learners, and want to achieve challenging goals and have a long-lasting impact on our Clients and the Bank.
You are a hands-on leader with a startup mindset and great technical skills, applying creativity and passion for exploring opportunities to elevate both our technical platform and delivery practices to levels that the industry will want to mimic while delivering to our current commitments. You will provide leadership and technical guidance to a team of software engineers to enable the effective delivery of solutions spanning mobile and web applications, integrations, backend services and APIs in alignment with the Enterprise Technology Roadmap. You will be working with other Engineering leaders and stakeholders on applying the engineering OKRs to optimize strategic Engineering KPIs. You will leverage your natural leadership skills taking responsibility for ensuring that software is delivered on time, on budget and in a way that meets the business expectations.
