We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the TELUS Business Solutions, Connected Fleet & Assets team to help build, and get new business products to market for all segments.

What You will do:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have a pivotal role in defining and executing the Worker Safety portfolio strategy. In this role, you will take the lead onboarding and managing IoT platforms and point solutions to help facilitate the use cases and solve challenges within Worker Safety.

You will work in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Tech Strategy, Capital Management, Sales, Operations and various other enablement teams to build viable and scalable solutions across national value chains.

You will be responsible for the cross-functional leadership and support of the following:

• Closely collaborating with Worker Safety ecosystem and strategy prime(s) to evaluate new partnerships that resonate in market
• Onboarding and managing Iot platform and point solution organizations into the Worker Safety ecosystem including: privacy assessments, master service agreements, value-chain creation, pricing, positioning, sales training, marketing training and go-to-market
• Working with partners on UX\UI, roadmaps, product enhancements and facilitating data integration into TELUS's connected IoT platform strategy
• Managing partner relationships with weekly status calls discussing sales opportunities, challenges, value chain and areas for improvement
• Facilitate bringing edge devices, IoT platforms and point solution partners together for business development to create unique integrated Worker Safety solutions
• Understanding the competitive landscape within Worker Safety and provide ongoing intelligence that influence pricing, product & solutions and value propositions

• You have successfully introduced new solutions to market
• You are known for developing and running go-to-market (GTM) across the value chain, sales, sales support, product and customer marketing; cross-functional project plans
• You are a go to for business case creation and financial modeling
• You negotiate contracts and master services agreements
• You are confident engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders and collaborating with leaders across the organization to influence decisions
• You manage time well, able to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects and programs
• You champion data-driven strategies and decision-making

• Your background includes Cloud/managed services provider, telecommunications, B2B
• You have work experience in Worker Safety solutions & IoT platforms
• You bring experience/knowledge of EHS, space software and workflow
• You have managed large-scale projects
• You've been involved in enterprise software implementations
• You have a degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business or Engineering & Technology
