The Senior Transfers Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to internal business lines at Scotia Wealth |ScotiaMcLeod, Scotia Trust, Private Investment Counsel and Scotia iTrade, as well as dealing with external financial institutions worldwide. The Senior Transfers Administrator is accountable for the process and procedures relating to transfers and manages the day-to-day relationships with internal and external clients, while prioritizing work initiatives. The incumbent is expected to know, understand, and meet the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for transfer in and out requests. This individual will work as part of team to ensure the general email and phone line inquiries are answered on a timely basis and ensure timely updates on transfers are provided to internal partners, as well as external firms.
