The Stock Transfer Administrator - Print & Audit is responsible for the overall design, production, issuance and maintenance of securities and security inventory, auditing and countersigning of securities as well as various administrative duties within the Operations group.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Processing, reviewing, and validating of securities transactions to ensure requirements are in accordance with policies and procedures

  • Security template design and creation

  • Printing of physical securities

  • Coordinate branch printing of securities Maintenance of securities inventory in secured vault

  • Daily record date administration

  • Maintenance and administration of co-transfer agent inventory

  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments

Must Have (s):

  • High attention to accuracy and detail

  • Working knowledge of print & audit responsibilities

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision

  • A working knowledge of the securities industry as it relates to back office administration

  • A willingness and ability to adapt to a changing environment and responsibilities

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and communicate with peers and all levels of the company

  • Flexible schedule to work overtime as required
