What is the opportunity?
The RBC Dominion Securities Inc. ("RBC DS") Branch located at Avenue and Bloor is looking for a licensed Team Operations Manager to join the Ascendant Wealth Partners (AWP) team. The Team Operations manager will assist in administering all aspects of the day to day operation of the Ascendant Wealth Partners team. This is an exciting and challenging role for one of the largest advisory teams in the country. The ability to learn and grow in this role is vast.
The Team Operations Manager fulfils a leadership role within Ascendant Wealth Partners by providing management and employee relations support to the Partners and Support Staff.
This role is Management and Human Resources related with additional book of business responsibilities and requires the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure of daily deadlines, and keep organized while working under frequent interruption. The Team Operations Manager will work closely with the Partners and Branch Management and reports directly to the Branch Operations Manager.
