The Technical Project Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Global Risk Management in C&CA ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. They will ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Oversee technical project components, ensuring deliverables align with overall project objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and technical departments to ensure clear understanding and execution of project specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including tracking system updates and technical procedures.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and reports to update all stakeholders on project status and resolve any technical hurdles.
  • Implement best practices and standards for technical operations specific to the industry.
  • Assist in resource allocation and planning to optimize productivity and budget adherence.
  • Design and test automated processes, creating blueprints for systems and selecting appropriate software.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation and develop automation plans that align with business goals.
  • Establish monitoring and QA processes to ensure systems work as intended and investigate defects or errors in the technology.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Automation Tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) are desirable.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions. Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project documentation and automation processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Power Automate).
  • Experience in Banking is a plus
