What Is The Opportunity?


Technology Transformation Analyst will collaborate with all SDLC stakeholders—including Scrum Masters, Development teams, Testing groups, Production support, and Product owners—to optimize software delivery. The person would be responsible for achieving a 25% increase in operational efficiency, resulting in 25% more output while maintaining the same costs and accelerating turnaround time to meet business needs. The person in this role will work with technology and business leaders to integrate a technology strategy focused on maintaining top-of-the-class infrastructure and architecture into our strategic business roadmap, fostering a culture of continuous technology improvement. By defining and reporting on metrics, they will ensure clear progress toward building an elite software organization.

What Will You Do?

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the software development life cycle (SDLC), including Scrum Masters, Development teams, Testing groups, Production support, and Product owners, to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline software delivery processes.

  • Develop and execute a roadmap for achieving a 25% increase in operational efficiency, resulting in a 25% boost in team output while maintaining existing costs.

  • Accelerate turnaround time for software delivery by 50% to meet evolving business needs and market demands, while ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction

  • Reduce number of defects by 30% by improving unit test code coverage and unit test effectiveness

  • Drive the development and implementation of best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance software development processes.

  • Partner with Dev and QE leads of each squad to enable yearly roadmap for technology transformation.

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, monitor ongoing results, define process areas for review, and conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best in class results.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status of engineering transformation initiatives.

What Do You Need To Succeed?

Must have:

  • University degree in computer engineering or related fields OR equivalent experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in Software engineering as Scrum Master or Business Analyst

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices across teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.

Nice-to-have:

  • Passion for digital transformation

  • Basic proficiency in VBA or Python
