What is the opportunity?
The Ultra High Net Worth Services Consultant will be responsible for creating a "hybrid single family office" experience for Wealth Management Canada's largest and most valued clients. As part of the Ultra High Net Worth Services ("UHNW") team, this role will support investment advisors and counsellors in the delivery of an elevated and seamless "one-RBC" experience.
What will you do?
Create a differentiated client experience by providing exceptional service and ad hoc support to qualifying clients and their advisors to enable the seamless delivery and execution of bespoke solutions to qualifying Wealth Management Canada clients
Support investment advisors and counsellors through the client discovery process, initial meetings, proposals for qualifying clients to ensure the delivery of a seamless and bespoke client experience
Assess qualifying clients' holistic needs and navigate bank and strategic partnerships on behalf of the advisor and client to provide a seamless and coordinated experience and delivery of service offerings
Develop and maintain centers of influence and internal RBC partnerships to drive referrals and new client acquisition
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
7+ years in the private client/wealth management industry in a client facing/relationship management and/or advisory role
Bachelor's degree
Post-graduate or professional designation i.e. MBA, CPA, and LL.B
Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills and comfort in dealing with cross functional RBC partners and clients/family offices;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
Nice-to-have
CSC, Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA)and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation
Experience with complex upper-UHNW and/or large institutional clients
Work experience in multiple business units and/or platforms across Wealth Management
Bilingual
