Position Title: Client Care Representative
Reports To: Supervisor, Savings & Retirement Operations
Department: Savings & Retirement
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM ET to 7:00 PM ET
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.
The Opportunity: Equitable is looking for a Savings & Retirement Client Care Representative to join our team! We're looking for a dynamic individual with a proven history of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Equitable advisor and policyholder inquiries through voice and email transactions.
