Who we need
The Third-Party Management Analyst will be accountable to support third-party risk management, sourcing, and procurement. You will act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, focusing on mitigating third-party risk throughout the third-party lifecycle. Part of your role will support reviewing and drafting business requirements in legal documents, such as service level agreements (SLAs) and statements of work (SOWs), working closely with the legal, risk, and compliance teams.

What you will do

  • Understand practices and procedures for managing third-party arrangements throughout their lifecycle, in line with relevant frameworks, policies, and standards;
  • Support third-party due diligence by ensuring security protocols are followed and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders;
  • Participate in vendor meetings to evaluate and support existing and potential vendors;
  • Handle vendor escalations, identify issues, and monitor trends to reduce risk per Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) guidelines;
  • Issue, track, and log vendor non-conformance reports and Change Order requests;
  • Assist in developing or implementing SLAs, SLOs, KPIs, and other commitments to mitigate risk and enhance service efficiency;
  • Monitor and test TPRM processes to align with Enterprise Risk Management, ensuring operational resilience and cyber risk oversight;
  • Create and collaborate on sourcing documents (e.g., RFPs, RFQs) for project and business-as-usual needs;
  • Manage confidential correspondence and escalate issues as necessary;
  • Enter vendor information, manage contracts, administer the TPRM system, and report on key performance indicators.

What you will bring

  • The education. Undergraduate degree or college diploma in business, finance, or related field;
  • The experience. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in similar sourcing/procurement and/or financial environment;
  • The skills. Superior interpersonal and client service skills and comfortable working with senior executives, internal clients, and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors). At ease with confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to solicit cooperation without authority. Great attention to accuracy and detail along with exceptional analytical skills. Ability to develop strong professional relationships;
  • The drive. Self-starter who takes initiative with exceptional organizational and time management skills, and who works efficiently with minimum supervision. Fast learner and creative problem solver with great ability to multi-task. Ability to maintain a fast pace and manage multiple demands under pressure by prioritizing, being practical and results oriented. High level of service orientation with the ability to problem solve independently and practically.
