1 Permanent Full Time Lead Pharmacist, Regional System Therapy Program
Position Information:
Mandatory
-Part A registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
-Experience working in an ambulatory oncology setting
-Experience overseeing sterile compounding operations
-Familiar with Cancer Care Ontario drug funding models and systemic regimens including managing side effects
-Familiar with Powerchart Oncology in Cerner a preference
-Active member of Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists an asset
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills including interviewing patients, training new staff and providing feedback to individuals
-Ability to work independently or in a team
-Commitment to Service Excellence
-Advocate for patient safety
-Patient centered
-Ability to handle fast-paced environment and multitask priorities
